Our approach works with all major kinds of anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder (social phobia) and separation anxiety disorder.

Our therapeutic approach for anxiety relief is different. We work directly with the source of suffering, clearing and releasing the emotional distress to allow for immediate relief.

The methodology is based on the latest advances in neuroscience and focuses on healing the anxiety through an emotion regulation process. It's gentle and easy to use. There is less talking, little analysis and no re-traumatisation.

Immediate treatment for anxiety

By working with the source of the anxiety in your body and regulating the anxiety emotions, we are able to support you returning to a state of harmony and balance in a way that works deeper and quicker than traditional therapies. This results in fewer anxiety therapy sessions and faster solutions for anxiety that last longer.

The American Psychological Association reports that many people improve significantly within 8 to 10 anxiety therapy sessions. We have seen significant improvement in as few as 3 sessions.

Pricing

The cost of a therapy session for anxiety is R1250 per one-on-one session, face-to-face or online in South Africa.

R3250 for the three anxiety relief sessions, if paid upfront, face-to-face or online in South Africa.

Student rates and NGO / NPO rates are negotiable on request.

International anxiety session rates are as follows:

  • A single session: 125 USD, 110 GBP, 120 EUR
  • 3-2-1 Lift-off! 3 sessions:  325 USD, 310 GBP, 320 EUR

You can pay via PayPal, Zapper, credit card, direct deposit (EFT / bank transfer) or cash.

Hi there, I'm Matthew and I am a mental health specialist. I have more than 16 years of experience in supporting people to feel better and live more peaceful and fulfilled lives. I enjoy nature, especially trees. I have two cats and have a passion for rugby.

I've been meditating since I was 10 years old, this helped me get through my parent's divorce. In 1995 I qualified as an aromatherapist. In 2006 I qualified as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)  practitioner and much later, in 2018 as a professional coach. I have studied Waldorf education, NLP and have been researching and working with human development potential for the last 30 years.
