Difficult emotions such as stress, anxiety, despondency, depression, sadness and anger can cause discomfort and distress. These emotions and feelings can keep us awake at night and deplete us of energy needed to live a healthy life.
At an Emotional Fitness Class you are offered the opportunity to release and let go of these feelings so you get some relief. During the 45 minute class you will be guided through a mindfulness-based focused process called Shape of Emotion that will help you feel better.
There is no talking or sharing, this is inner, personal work, like yoga for your emotions.
The process is similar to a guided meditation.
There's no talking. No sharing. Just you & the process.
You release one difficult emotion (stress, worry, anxiety, etc.)
You expand one supportive emotion or state (calm, peace, etc.)
You don't need any previous experience with Shape of Emotion.
All ages are welcome, it's a child-friendly process.
The duration of the class is one hour.
There is no charge for the class, the class is free.
