A dedicated group of matriculants from Vuleka SSB High School in Randburg, sacrificed a valuable day off to attend the Shape of Emotion ease workshop at their school.
Dealing with emotional stress in matric
With prelims just around the corner the challenges faced by matrics are many. Levels of stress and anxiety start to peak, the matric learners invested this time to learn how to connect better with their inner state. In addition they got to understand what stress does to them and learn a tool to regulate their difficult feelings and deal with anxiety.

Reducing matric exam stress
The benefit of this is a return to a more resourceful state where studying and performing become more optimal. The favourite 5th Place principle for this group was Listen to hear – not to respond or understand.
