A colourful, committed and engaged group of participants gathered to interrogate their views on feelings and emotions in the Level One Foundation Course on the 21st July 2018.
Shape of Emotion is for everyone
This diverse group of human beings from coaching, business and personal grooming backgrounds found time in their busy lives to develop a deeper understanding of how to regulate their difficult emotions and feelings. This exploration also gave the participants a chance to meet others, discover a haven in the middle of Johannesburg and have a bit of fun!

The workshop participants modelled the 5th Place principle that It starts with me and have taken the first steps to making their world, yours and ours, a better place.
