We are moving! Well, part of us is... Our Emotional Fitness Classes are moving to InsightTimer; one of the largest mindfulness apps available!
Well, part of us is…
Our Emotional Fitness Classes are moving. To Insight Timer. What is Insight Timer? Insight Timer is a meditation app with over 17 million users. Bigger than Headspace and Calm with more variety, more offerings and more teachers. It’s free to download and use with the option to purchase an annual subscription for more. More? You want more?
What does this mean for you? No more Zoom, no more Quicket. Another app on your device, if you do not have it, and we guarantee that it is worth it. All Zero Rands of it. (We have included links to the app at the bottom of the page.)
You can donate to the teacher, that’s us, if you want to, and we are very grateful if you can. But you don’t have to. For some of our regulars who were either offshore and found Quicket problematic to use or really could not afford the fees this will provide a more accessible offering.
We will be running regular online live Emotional Fitness Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:00 CAT on Insight Timer. If you can’t attend a class we can’t send you a recording but you can always listen to our audio guided meditations on the app. Dial downs, dial ups and more.
This year we wanted to broaden our catchment area. Insight Timer does that for us. People go there to get what we are offering. Mindfulness, meditation, another way to build emotional resilience.
It also works for us. The classes require planning and scheduling and marketing and running. Doing it via Insight Timer is much easier to administer and organise from our side.
As one part of the Emotional Fitness journey ends, another one begins and we invite you on that road with us. Come and experience yoga for your insides.
