Less talking more healing
Our approach works directly with the source of suffering, clearing and releasing the emotional distress to allow for immediate relief. There is less talking and little analysis, rather a focus on healing the structure of the emotion using a methodology that combines body work, breath work, touch points, and mindfulness.
Deeper, faster, quicker
Relief from emotional distress and being able to return to a state of harmony and balance using our methodology, works deeper and quicker than traditional therapies resulting in fewer sessions and faster cures that last longer.
Online and easily accessible
Sessions are held online and are easily accessible using Zoom. If face to face is preferred, and you either live or work in or near our area (Linden, Johannesburg) this is always an option.
Support for ongoing change and improved wellbeing
Once you have done the work, you aren’t left on your own. Ongoing change and improved wellbeing is encouraged and supported through a personalised action plan. You will leave with a self help skill to use as and when you most need it. You will continue to work on a regular holistic personal practice. Supportive group classes are available between one on one sessions and as ongoing self care to continue the journey of healing and growth.
