Are you ready to make your world a better place?

We are at war with ourselves and each other. The ice is melting and the seas are rising. There’s a plastic island in the Pacific that, if it was a country would be the 18th largest by area.

Political and  ideological differences cause tension at home and across the world. Online data breaches create worry. War. Terrorism. Refugees. Ineffective governments. Extreme weather events. Water crises. The list is as almost endless as it is exhausting.

Constant change laced with fear, filled with ambiguity and uncertainty combined with learned, habitual and unresourceful ways of managing our emotions is a fertile ground for mental health challenges. If we do not have a strategy to deal with unrelenting emotional distress we will get ill.

We need to get out of our heads. We need to stop believing that the only route out of our deepest concerns and issues is to problem solve and rationalise

In order to tackle and transcend our problems, we need to think less and feel more. Not to analyse and discuss, plan and purchase or download another app.

We need to go back to the intelligence of our bodies to feel better. Not to feel more anxiety, more stress or more unhappiness. Not to find another way to bury, avoid or numb (BAN) the feelings. Instead, to feel.

To really feel.

And then to learn to turn down the volume and regulate our difficult (negative) emotions. To feel better by feeling more.

By being able to regulate our emotions, using Shape of EmotionTM, our tool and process for doing just this, we ultimately feel better and become fuller, more whole, beings.

Our levels of emotional fitness increase, we can develop sustainable strategies for self care and as a result we engage and connect more meaningfully with ourselves, with other human beings, our community, society, nature and the environment.

And the world becomes a better place.

As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world as in being able to remake ourselves.
—Mahatma Gandhi

Though it was my first time experiencing your method, it felt organic, gentle and calming. As a student of my own healing path, I am always open to trying modalities, though not all are a good fit. After today's session with you, I feel like I've found a "healing home".

I was able to participate in a live Emotional Fitness Class yesterday and felt the change in the shape of the emotion I was feeling in response to physical pain and fatigue I was experiencing. The shape change seemed to bring considerable relief to my frustration and disappointment.

What other people (like you) have said about building emotional fitness to make their world a better place

These Emotional Fitness Classes have helped tremendously to get my tears out and overcome as I go through and figure out why. I've suffered anxiety from age 9 because of being bullied and I've figured out more in a couple months of using the Classes than I have my whole life.

I learned so much about emotions taking your course. The one area that shined above all others for me was Shape of Emotion. Working with anger using Shape of Emotion allows me to have compassion and curiosity instead of being overwhelmed and scared of the anger.
